For first users

If you order for the first time, please contact us before ordering so we can advise you on placing your order.

To order, you first need to select your rental period. You can do so by clicking “RENTAL LIST” on our homepage (Top Page) or “RENTAL LIST” in the header. Prices are shown per night. For example, if you are checking in on May 1st and checking out on May 7th, you should select “6 nights and 7 days”.

You must book at least 14 days in advance. For example, if you book on March 1st, the nearest available rental date will be March 15th. This gives us time to prepare an amazing itinerary for you(which takes about three weeks) and to make sure that your rental items arrive at your accommodation the day before you check in. The average foreign visitor to Japan plans their trip 2 or 3 months in advance. Please order as early as you can.

Let’s suppose that you selected the “6 nights and 7 days” package.

After you make your selection, you will be brought to the “Select a Date” page. On this page, you can select your size, gender, and whether you want “BRAND NEW” or “NORMAL” clothing. If you select “BRAND NEW”, we will rent you newly purchased clothing that has never been worn. The clothes will still have tags on; simply cut them off with the scissors provided. Please note that we charge extra for “BRAND NEW” clothing.

Prices are the same all year round. The "6 nights/7 days" package includes a guaranteed minimum of 6 tops and 6 bottoms for spring/summer and 6 innerwear, 2 tops, and 2 bottoms for autumn/winter. We may even send more garments depending on the weather. We will provide the most suitable clothing based on the latest weather forecast.

Next, please ensure that the correct check-in and check-out dates are displayed in the "Pick up Date" and "Return Date" boxes.

Once you have set your dates, you will see a “Book Now” button. Press it to go to “Your cart.” Here you can confirm your length of stay, the price, size, and gender, whether you ordered brand new or used clothing, your check-in date (Start), and your check-out date (Finish). If you don’t want to make any additional orders, press the “Check out” button.

If you want to order another package, such as for family members traveling with you, please press the “Continue Shopping” button and place another order from the “PACKAGE LIST.” If your travel mates will be staying at different accommodation from you, you will need to complete your order and payment first and then start a new order for them.

For security reasons, you will need to log in to complete your payment. After clicking “Check Out,” you will arrive at a log in page. Enter your email address and click “Continue.” We will send a 6-digit login code to the email address you provided. Enter it on the login page and click “Submit.”

After you are logged in, you will be brought back to the checkout page. Enter your name, accommodation address, and telephone number in the "Shipping address" field. When you are done, press "Continue to shipping." On the next screen, verify your email address in the "Contact" and "Ship to" fields, and then press "Continue to payment." You can ignore the "Shipping method" section; shipping costs are included in the price.

Next, you will arrive at the payment page, where you can select your payment method. We accept VISA and MasterCard credit cards and PayPal. In the "Billing address" section, select "Use a different billing address" and enter your home address. If you tick "Remember me," you won't need to reenter your home address next time.

When you are done, press “Pay now.” Be sure to verify the order confirmation email that we send to your email address.

For returning users

The “Ship to” field may display the accommodation address from your last trip or your home address. If so, be sure to select “Use a different address” and enter your new accommodation address. And don’t forget to enter the telephone number of your accommodation (this is for the courier’s reference).

You can then enter your credit card number, name, and home address in “Payment.” If you are a registered user, your home address may already be filled out. Once you are done, click “Pay now.”

When you log in, you may also be asked to enter a 6-digit login code from “shop Pay.” In this case, we will email you a 6-digit login code. Please enter the code provided.
